Organic waste gas treatment process

Organic waste gas shall be suctioned by fan and send out to spray scrubber or bag filter, which is the pre-treatment part of system, to effectively filter the exhaust waste residue(dust) and reduce its influence on the following part of the system.

After pre-treatment, the waste gas shall come into the UV light catalytic oxidation purifier. The high-energy high UV ultraviolet light will decompose of oxygen molecules of the air and produce free oxygen, namely reactive oxygen species, which with electron-positron imbalance, needs to combine with oxygen to produce ozone.
It is known that ozone has a strong oxidation effect on organics, also has a strong cleaning effect on the malodorous gas and other irritating odors.

After UV photolysis purifier, the waste gas will come into the activated carbon absorber, which is the main part of this system. In this part, due to its filled with a large number of activated carbon, and huge specific surface area, it is able to absorb the pollutants, such as benzene, toluene, xylene and other organic solvent, so that separate the pollutants from waste gas and achieve the purpose of purifying gas.
Once the surface of activated carbon is saturated with a large amount of gaseous pollutants and loses the active adsorption ability, it must be re-active or replaced.
After the purification of activated carbon adsorption, the exhaust gas will be cleaned and can be discharge outside with meeting environmental regulation.
