概述：湿式除尘器俗称“水除尘器”，它是使含尘气体与液体（一般为水）密切接触，利用水滴和颗粒的惯性碰撞或者利用水和粉尘的充分混合作用及其他作用捕集颗粒或使颗粒增大或留于固定容器内达到水和粉尘分离效果的装置。
Summary: Wet dust collector is commonly known as “water dust collector”. It is a device that makes the dust-containing gas and liquid (usually water) in close contact, using the inertial collision of water droplets and particles or the full mixing of water and dust and other functions to capture particles or make particles increase or remain in a fixed container to achieve water and dust separation effect.
过程：在除尘器内水通过喷嘴喷成雾状或通过塔板、填料，使含尘气体与流体充分接触，尘粒与液滴之间的碰撞、拦截和凝聚作用，尘粒随液滴降落下。这种除尘器构造简单、阻力较小、操作方便、可以处理含尘浓度较高的气体而不会导致堵塞。喷琳式除尘器可以使用循环水，直至洗液中颗粒物质达到相当高的程度为止，从而大大简化了水处理设施。
其过滤效率可达80%以上。
Process: In the dust collector, water is sprayed into a mist through the nozzle or through trays and fillers to make the dust-containing gas fully contact with the fluid. The particles collide, intercept and coagulate with the droplets, and the particles fall with the droplets. The dust collector has the advantages of simple structure, low resistance, convenient operation and can deal with the gas with high dust concentration without causing blockage. The spray scrubber can use circulating water until the particulate matter in the wash reaches a considerable level, thus greatly simplifying the water treatment facilities.
Its filtration efficiency can reach more than 80%.
