      Analyze the selection guide of belt filter press:

The temperature and viscosity, physical and chemical characteristics of the material in the filtering state, the processing capacity per unit time, the moisture content of the filter cake, the solid content in the filtrate, the degree of washing of the filter cake, etc.; model size (filter area and filter chamber volume) The choice is mainly determined by analogy and laboratory tests.

Automatic pulling system:

It belongs to the auxiliary cake unloading function. After the filtration is completed, the pulling plate manipulator can automatically pull the filter plate to unload the cake, which not only improves the working efficiency of the filter press, but also reduces the labor intensity of the operator, and can also reduce the filtering caused by human factors. The boards are not arranged neatly.

Varicose system:

It belongs to the auxiliary cake unloading function. The filter cloth is stretched through the curved arm, so that the filter cake is in a suspended state and falls off under the action of its own weight. It is suitable for the filtering operation of materials that are difficult to fall off the filter cake.

Varicose rapping system:

     It belongs to the auxiliary cake unloading function. A rapping device is added on the basis of the varicose system. When the filter cloth is stretched by the varicose arm, the air cylinder is used to quickly vibrate the filter cloth hanger. Make the filter cake fall off the surface of the filter cloth. It is suitable for the filtering operation of materials that are difficult to fall off the filter cake.

Turnover wetted system:

It is a supporting device. Two flaps that work in coordination are installed under the filter plate of the filter press. The two flaps are closed during the filtration process, which can remove the dripping liquid during the filtration process or wash the filter cloth or filter plate. The flushing water is introduced into the sump tank next to it to ensure that the filter cake is not contaminated again. After the filtering is completed, the two flaps are opened to unload the cake. Enter the next filtration cycle. The system occupies a small space and is reliable in operation, and is well received by users. Guide hopper:

It is a matching part, installed under the filter press, and when the filter cake falls off, it is led to the designated collection tank or conveying device.

Mud storage bucket.

It is a supporting device installed under the filter press and used to collect the filter cake. When the filter cake falls off, the bucket door is closed. When the filter cake reaches the discharge requirement, the bucket door is opened for discharge, which is usually hydraulically controlled. Vibration device can be installed for filter cake with higher viscosity and more difficult to fall off.

Raise the stand:

It is a supporting device. For the use of conveying device or other requirements, when the high-pressure filter needs to be lifted, this device can be selected. Our company can tailor it according to user requirements.

Filter cloth washing system:

It is a supporting device, installed above the main beam of the filter press, with an automatic walking function, and automatically flushing the filter cloth with high-pressure water (pressure up to 10MPa) through the valve switch. There are two structures of single-sided flushing and double-sided flushing. The double-sided flushing has a brush for better cleaning effect. Our company’s double-sided flushing filter cloth device has reached the world’s advanced level.

PLC control system:

It adopts PLC modules of world brands such as Siemens and Schneider, which can be equipped with text display, man-machine interface system, and can add various communication protocol interfaces according to user needs to realize the docking with DCS and other control systems.

Safety light curtain:

It is a protection function and is installed on the side or top of the filter press to protect the spray material and operation safety. It can also function as a pause in the pull plate to facilitate cake unloading.

Embedded filter cloth and filter plate:

A special filter cloth structure and installation form can solve the problem of filter cloth capillary leakage. It is especially suitable for the filtration of volatile, deteriorating, explosive and toxic materials, and it is also suitable for occasions with high environmental requirements.

Membrane filter plate:

Compared with the ordinary filter plate, the diaphragm pressing function is added (the pressing pressure can reach 2.0MPa), which can further reduce the moisture of the filter cake, shorten the filtration cycle, and increase the filtration speed.
