Commissioning of the filter part of the filter press

        With the rapid improvement of the industrial development level, filter press equipment is one of the common equipment in contemporary industry. Before we use the filter press, we must carry out a series of inspections and adjustments to it so that it can reach the ideal working condition. Let’s take a look at what problems should be paid attention to when debugging the filter part of the filter press. 

　　 Before debugging the filter press:
Wipe the hydraulic station and electric control cabinet clean, check whether the oil pipes of the hydraulic station are installed correctly, whether the electric control cabinet wiring is correct, and whether all electrical wiring is correct; clean the rack, filter plate, and check whether the filter plate is arranged neatly. Correct; check whether the filter cloth is installed for folding phenomenon, if so, it needs to be flattened; check whether the configuration of the pipes and valves such as feeding, washing, and blowing is correct and reasonable.
　　Filtration part debugging:
Press the filter plate of the filter press and maintain the pressure; open all the liquid outlet valves, close the water washing and air blowing (washable models) valves, open the feed valve about a quarter, start the feed pump, and observe the filtrate and feed pressure Changes, such as extremely high pressure, need to open the valve on the return pipe to adjust. Due to the capillary phenomenon of the filter cloth, the filtrate was slightly turbid at the beginning of the filtration. Normal open flow model filter 3-10 minutes (undercurrent is 6-20 minutes), the feed valve of the filter press can be opened.
