Features of fast diaphragm filter press

  1. Composition of the fast diaphragm filter press system. The fast diaphragm filter press is mainly composed of the frame part, the filtering part, the moving mechanism of the filter plate, the pressing part, the discharging mechanism, the hydraulic system and the electric control system. The frame is mainly composed of main beam, fixed pressing plate, rear support and auxiliary support components; the filtering part is arranged alternately on the main beam by the press filter plate assembly and the filter plate assembly, and a layer of filter cloth is covered on both sides of the two kinds of filter plates to form a filter chamber; the filter plate moving mechanism is mainly composed of hydraulic motor and drive chain; the pressing part is composed of movable oil cylinder base and slide block assembly; The discharge mechanism is composed of two vibration oil cylinders and swing rods fixed on the filter plate; the hydraulic system includes oil pump, hydraulic control element, hydraulic actuator, high-level oil tank, etc.; the electric control system consists of electric control cabinet, mechanical action travel switch of filter press, oil pump motor of hydraulic station, solenoid valve and electric control valve of slurry compressed air pipeline. 3. The working principle of the fast diaphragm filter press: the filter plate is closed by the driving mechanism and chain wheel drive. Under the action of the pump, the filter slurry enters the filter chamber from the middle end of the fixed pressing plate, the feeding filter plate and the upper end of the movable pressing plate through the pipeline. Under the pressure, the liquid is discharged, and the solid particles are intercepted in the chamber by the filter cloth. When the filter cake is formed, 016 ~ 018mpa compressed air is injected between the press filter plate and the diaphragm to make the diaphragm produce elastic deformation in the direction of filter cake for secondary dehydration. In order to prevent the unfiltered slurry in the feed pipe from entering the conveying system along with the filter cake, 016-018mpa compressed air is injected into the pipeline to make the unfiltered slurry return to the slurry sedimentation tank. After the dehydration of filter cake is completed, the piston rod of the pressing oil cylinder retracts, and the chain wheel and chain are driven to move by pulling the hydraulic motor in the mechanism, so that all filter plates are opened and unloaded in three times. After the filter cake is removed, the filter cloth is sprayed with clean water with a pressure of 013-015mpa. 4. Fault analysis and solution in the process of application hydraulic station failure

 

(1) The noise of plunger pump is too loud.

Solutions:

One is to check the rotation direction of the pump. Loosen the end of the hydraulic pipe connecting the pump outlet and the valve block, and jog the plunger pump. If there is no oil or less oil, switch any two wires of the motor to make the pump rotate in the correct direction; the second is to check the pump bearing and disassemble the pump body. If the bearing is found to be scattered or conglutinated, replace it.

(2) The plunger pump starts too frequently. One possibility is that the hydraulic system is leaking or the setting of the safety relief valve in the high-pressure section is too low. If the hydraulic pipeline interface leaks oil, replace the sealing ring; if the pressure of the high-pressure section safety relief valve shown on the pressure gauge is not within the specified range, increase the pressure clockwise to the specified range. Another possibility is that the seal of the oil cylinder is damaged and needs to be replaced in time. (3) The hydraulic pump does not reach the required high pressure.

Firstly, check whether the hydraulic station exhausts, if not, exhaust in time;

Second, check the pipeline interface between the hydraulic station and the oil cylinder to see if the hydraulic system leaks. If there is oil leakage, replace the sealing ring;

Third, check whether the hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve or oil cylinder seal is damaged, and repair or replace it in time if there is damage;

Fourth, check the pressure setting value of the high-pressure section of the double-stage valve. If it is too low or the valve is damaged, the valve should be reset or repaired according to the hydraulic connection diagram;

Fifth, check the safety relief setting value of the high pressure section. If it is too low, it should be reset according to the hydraulic connection diagram;

Sixth, check whether the solenoid valve is damaged and replace it if necessary;

Seventh, because the whole set of filter plate is too short, in case of lack of filter plate, filter plate should be added or a section of piston rod should be extended between pressing plate and cylinder piston rod.

(4) The hydraulic pump cannot supply oil.

The first consideration may be that the oil level of the oil tank in the hydraulic station is too low, which should be added to the specified oil level;

The second is that the inlet connection seal of hydraulic pump is not tight, so the sealing device should be tightened;

The third possibility is that the piston of the piston pump has been damaged and needs to be replaced.

(5) The oil supply of the hydraulic pump is insufficient.

First, the oil is too thick, should use low viscosity hydraulic oil;

Second, the rotation direction of the oil pump motor is wrong, so the rotation direction should be changed;

Thirdly, the setting of double-stage valve of hydraulic pump is too low, which should be adjusted to 5MPa; fourthly, the pump has been worn and needs to be replaced;

Fifth, the set pressure of the safety relief valve of the hydraulic station is too low, so the safety relief valve should be reset according to the hydraulic connection diagram. Pull plate system failure

(1) The pull plate cannot be pulled.

The possible reasons are as follows:

① Light curtain without signal: check whether someone is repairing the filter press or whether the line is disconnected. If so, evacuate the personnel or connect the line;

② Drive motor damage: check whether the motor is seriously worn or the internal oil circuit is opened, if so, replace the motor;

③ Damage of limit switch: check whether one of the action limit switches on the pull plate is on. If not, replace the limit switch;

④ The electromagnetic directional valve for pulling the plate is damaged: remove the power head on the hydraulic valve, turn on the hydraulic pump to make the hydraulic valve close, if not, replace the hydraulic valve;

⑤ Electromagnetic reversing valve coil damage: if the hydraulic valve is normal under the condition of power on, the coil is damaged and needs to be replaced.

 

(2) The filter plate cannot move to the correct position.

 

The reasons are as follows:

① If the guide rail of filter plate suspension mechanism is too dirty, clean the guide rail;

② If the pulling plate chain is too loose or too tight, it is generally subject to the chain sagging no more than 2cm after being pressed by the hand;

③ The pulling plate mechanism is short of lubrication, so lubricating oil should be added;

④ Hydraulic system pressure is not enough, should be adjusted to the specified pressure.
