      The calculation of the belt filter press power is based on a large amount of actual measurement data at home and abroad and in-depth theoretical analysis. The actual use power of the belt filter press can be calculated according to the following formula: n = kp.

Foreign research materials also reflect the same data and laws. Although the belt filter press designed by the famous German factory bma has many different specifications, the k value calculated from the power distribution, the sliding bearing press is 4.9 ~ 5.0, and the rolling bearing belt filter press is all 4.1~4.3.

According to dozens of sets of measured data in many domestic sewage treatment plants, the value of k in the formula is quite stable, but it is related to the following factors: the k value of belt filter press is higher, the back seat is lower, and the k of the top seat The value is about 10%-20% higher than the last landline.

The value increases slightly as the thickness of the sugarcane layer (fiber loading rate) increases, and is approximately proportional to its square root. When the sugarcane pre-breaking is finer, the sugarcane layer under the same amount of sugarcane is thinner and the k value is also lower.

The value is related to the type and efficiency of the prime mover and the transmission device; the value of k is lower for the high-efficiency transmission device.

The value is related to the oil pressure rise and fall of the belt filter press. When the oil pressure does not rise, the k value is low (the oil pressure is not fully effective at this time), and the k value will be higher when the oil pressure rises but is not flexible.

The value is related to the installation of the belt filter press, the front and rear roll opening ratio and the installation of the bottom comb. The k value is higher when the installation is poor.
