During the filtration process, the two flap faces are in closed state, which can lead the dripping liquid in the filtration process or the flushing water when washing the filter cloth or filter plate into the nearby effusion tank, so as to ensure that the filter cake will not be polluted again. After filtration, the cake is unloaded by two turnover plates. Enter the next filtration cycle. The system takes up a small space, runs reliably and is welcomed by users. Guide hopper

It is an accessory set, which is installed under the filter press. When the filter cake falls off, it will be led into the designated collection tank or conveying device.

Mud hopper

It is a matching device, which is installed under the filter press to collect filter cake. When the filter cake falls off, the bucket door is closed. When the filter cake meets the discharge requirements, the bucket door is opened for discharging, and the hydraulic control is usually adopted. For the filter cake with high viscosity and difficult to fall off, vibration device can be installed.

It belongs to the protection function. It is installed on the side or above of the filter press, which can play the role of spraying material protection, operation safety protection, and also can play the role of pulling plate to pause, so as to facilitate the cake unloading operation.

Embedded filter cloth and filter plate

A special structure and installation form of filter cloth can solve the problem of capillary leakage of filter cloth, especially suitable for filtration of volatile, metamorphic, explosive and toxic materials, and also suitable for occasions with high environmental requirements.

Diaphragm plate

Compared with the ordinary filter plate, the diaphragm press function is increased (the press pressure can reach 2.0MPa), which can further reduce the moisture content of filter cake, shorten the filtration cycle and improve the filtration speed.
