　　The oil leakage of the oil pipe of the filter press is generally caused by the frequent use of the filter press and the vibration of the machine. The lower part of the oil pipe joint is connected with the oil cylinder through a combined washer.

The inside of the tubing head is connected by an O-ring. After loosening the filter plate, remove the oil pipe, and then remove the oil joint to replace the combined gasket.

When replacing the combined washer, replace the O-ring at the same time. When the edge of the filter press is damaged, even if it is slightly lifted, one side is often worn. Moreover, it is in contact with other filter plates, no matter what the pressure, the formed filter chamber will penetrate.

In this case, we judge from the leakage point that the penetration of the filter plate is usually very large, and it can even erupt.

Like other equipment, the electric timing machine makes a sound when the filter press is running, but the equipment usually finds that the motor sometimes makes an abnormal sound.

What is the reason? The motor is aging and the load cannot be loaded; the high-pressure oil pump is damaged, and the high-pressure oil pump is generally plunger Pump, such as abnormal hydraulic oil or long-term damage to the plunger; when installing the hydraulic station, the coupling is not concentric.

If the coupling is not placed correctly, the electrical timing will swing too much and the load will increase. Many existing structures and structural filter presses are equipped with flip-top equipment. The main function of the flap is to collect liquid, especially if the filter is liquid.

After the filtration is completed, when the filter plate becomes loose, the feed pipe will more or less surely collect the liquid.

The filter cloth is not placed correctly. There are many reasons why the filter chamber cannot be sealed. We need to start with a simple filter chamber to see whether the filter cloth has wrinkles or whether the filter cloth edges have defects.

Because the structure of the filter chamber is between the filter plate and the filter cloth and receives a lot of pressure, the filter plate is usually not prone to problems, and the rest is the filter cloth.

A seal is formed between the hard filter plates to play a key role in the filter cloth.

The wrinkles or shortcomings of the natural filter cloth may cause gaps between the filter plates, and the natural filter chamber does not constitute a seal. Insufficient pressure. The filter plate and filter cloth receive a lot of pressure to achieve a closed filter chamber structure.

When the pressure is insufficient, the pressure applied to the filter plate is less than the pressure of the filtrate, and the natural filtrate can be taken for granted.
