1. The temperature of the hydraulic oil increases.

When oil enters the hydraulic chamber, the volume will shrink again, so more oil needs to be pumped out, which increases the workload of the gas station. 2. The reason for the load of the filter press is that the quality of the filter is too high.

The filtrate is continuously added to the filter chamber. Since the solids in the filter chamber will prevent the liquid from passing through the filter cloth within a certain range, the filtering time of the liquid will increase. The added solids will also exert an outward force on the filter plate, and the filter press seals the filter chamber. 3. The lubricating oil evaporates.

4. The working time of the filter press equipment is too long.
