Dyeing wastewater treatment

       Wastewater characteristics: printing and dyeing wastewater is one of the industrial wastewater which is difficult to be treated. It contains a large number of residual fuels and auxiliaries. It has the characteristics of high COD concentration, large chroma, high salt content, difficult biochemical degradation of organic matters and large change of water quality and quantity with time.

        Printing and dyeing industry is a typical high water consumption industry, which consumes nearly 100 million tons of process softened water every year. Printing and dyeing wastewater is very complex in source and pollutant composition. It has the characteristics of great change in water quality, high content of organic matter, high chroma (mainly colored dyes), etc. direct discharge brings great harm to human health and living environment, and causes waste of water resources. With the increasing attention of the state and society to the requirements of environmental protection and the requirements of sustainable development, the traditional treatment methods have become increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of production and environmental protection.

 

        Printing and dyeing wastewater mainly contains dyes, slurry, dyeing auxiliaries, fiber impurities, oil agents, acids, alkalis and inorganic salts, etc., with complex components and large discharge volume, high chroma, alkalinity, high pH, and many and many changes in biorefractory substances, it is recognized as one of the most difficult to treat major harmful wastewater. Coagulation treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has the advantages of good treatment effect and low cost, so it has become an important means of industrial wastewater treatment.

        Treatment method: in view of these characteristics, we use three-phase fluidized bed for pretreatment, biological treatment, electro flocculation / membrane separation process, and effectively realize the effective treatment and reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater under the condition of saving investment and land occupation.
