Four situations that cause overload of filter press

In order to prevent the filter press from being overloaded, it is necessary to understand its general overload reason, so what is the overload reason?

1. The load of the filter press is caused by the high filtering quality. The filtrate is continuously added to the filter chamber, because the solid in the filter chamber can prevent the liquid from passing through the filter cloth within the corresponding range, which increases the filtering time of the liquid. The added solids also exert an outward force on the filter plate, and the filter press has a filter chamber seal. So in order to overcome this force, the device will automatically pressurize the filter plate, so the load is greater.

2. The temperature of the hydraulic oil increases. When the filter press works, the problem of hydraulic oil will continue to rise, the temperature of the hydraulic oil will rise, the structure of the oil molecules will change, and the volume of the oil will expand. When oil enters the hydraulic chamber, the volume will shrink again, so more oil needs to be pumped out, increasing the workload of its gas station. This problem mainly occurs when the summer is very hot.

3. The volatilization of lubricating oil. There are many exposed parts on the filter press that need to be lubricated. Once these key parts of the lubricating oil are added due to the increase in temperature, the lubricating oil will be lost, and the friction of the moving parts will increase, which will increase the load of the equipment.

4. The working time of the filter press is too long. When the continuous working time of the filter press exceeds tens of hours, the value of the filter press will change to a corresponding degree, which makes it easier to increase the load of the equipment.
