How to reduce the use cost of filter press

1. Filter plate
Most of the filter plates of the current chamber high-pressure filter presses are made of polypropylene material, which is caused by the working environment of the equipment. If the filter plate of the filter press is not well maintained, the cost of replacing the filter plate will be a considerable expense.

2. Filter cloth
Filter cloth is one of the easily damaged materials on the chamber high pressure filter press, and it is also a significant part of the equipment usage cost. On the one hand, we need to choose a suitable filter cloth according to the characteristics of the filter medium, such as pH, corrosivity, and water permeability. On the other hand, we must also clean the filter cloth.
3. Hydraulic oil
There are two main aspects to hydraulic oil saving: leak prevention and pollution prevention. First of all, we must tightly close the hydraulic system’s fueling valve and the hydraulic oil direct contact channel, so as to reduce as much as possible   The contamination of the hydraulic oil by external substances can reduce the replacement of the hydraulic oil as much as possible, which may save a part of the cost.

Compared with the hydraulic system, when the hydraulic oil is circulating in the hydraulic system, the hydraulic system is affected by environmental factors, and the hydraulic system will gradually age and leak due to the influence of time. Therefore, we must regularly check the sealing ring and other locations. Once a leak occurs, we must stop work and repair it in time to reduce the leak as much as possible.
