          Food industry wastewater mainly comes from the food processing and production processes such as raw material processing, washing, dehydration, filtration, various separation and refining, deacidification, deodorization and cooking, so food factory wastewater can only be discharged after treatment. Food and sewage treatment equipment maintenance is very important. The food sewage treatment equipment should be maintained and maintained during use:
1. A complete maintenance system must be established. Each shift should fill in the operation records in detail, and record the occurrences in order to facilitate maintenance;
2. Regularly check the bolt connection of the water pump and fan to prevent loosening;
3. Frequently check whether the rotating bearings of water pumps and fans are overheated, check the level of lubricating oil and the quality of lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4. Regularly check the tension of the packing, if it is found to fall off and loose, it should be added and corrected in time;

5. Check the even distribution of the aeration pipeline, find out the cause of large bubbles or local dead corners of aeration, and eliminate the cause in time to ensure normal aeration at all parts;
6. When the disinfectant is added, the dosage and the remaining amount of the agent should be ensured. If necessary, the dosage can be adjusted according to the test results, and the agent can be refilled in time to ensure that the quality of the effluent is qualified;
7. Water pumps and fans should be inspected and maintained every 5,000 to 8,000 hours of operation;
8. If the equipment is running internally for a short period of time, fan gap aeration can be used to ensure the death of the microbes, so that there is no need to re-culture the microbes at the beginning of the next operation;
9. It is forbidden to have no water or low water level in the body of the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited for the fan to stop or falsely operate during the operation of the equipment to prevent the death of the bacteria and the equipment cannot operate again
