Start sequence of belt filter press

          Belt filter press is widely used, suitable for textile printing and dyeing, electroplating, brewing, food processing, papermaking, leather, petrochemical, metallurgy, chemistry, pharmacy, ceramics, domestic waste sludge dehydration treatment process and many other industries, and it is also suitable for industry. Production processes such as solid-liquid separation or liquid leaching are ideal industrial equipment for resource recovery and environmental governance. The correct installation and debugging of the belt filter press is the prerequisite for its normal use. The debugging steps of the belt filter press:
1. Start the dosing box mixer and prepare the needed medicines.
2. Before starting the belt filter press, pay attention to check the surrounding environment of the belt filter press. It is strictly forbidden to put irrelevant items on the filter belt and prevent surrounding items from squeezing into the filter belt.

3. Start the air compressor, adjust the upper and lower filter belt tension switches to the expansion position, wait for the filter belt to expand (note that the pressure of the upper and lower filter belts should be consistent to prevent the filter belt from running off after rotation), turn on the motor power supply, and start the speed switch The power supply, slowly increase the speed, and check whether the filter belt is misaligned, etc., if there is any inappropriate situation, stop immediately, and restart after troubleshooting.
4. After the filter press is running normally, turn on the backwash water pump, and then turn on the sludge pump and the drug delivery pump after washing the filter belt once. Adjust the dosage and sludge conveying speed until the sludge entering the filter belt is in a flocculated state after stirring.
5. After pressing the mud, stop the transportation of medicine and sludge. After all the sludge on the filter belt is scraped off by the scraper, turn on the backwash pump to flush the filter belt clean.

6. After the filter belt is rinsed, turn off the backwash water pump, adjust the speed to zero, turn off the speed switch power supply, turn off the filter belt rotating motor, turn off the air compressor, and adjust the filter belt tension switch to the loose position.
7. The rotation speed of the filter belt can be determined according to the effect of the amount of mud and the amount of medicine delivered. It is recommended that the rotation speed is about 800-900 rpm.
8. The filter belt swells tightly to withstand 0.6Mpa, it is recommended to press mud to ensure that the pressure is 0.3Mpa.
