      Startup steps of belt filter press

1) Start the air compressor, open the intake valve, and adjust the intake pressure to 0.4-0.7Mpa.

2) Open the filter belt tensioning switch, so that the filter belt tensioning (general tensioning cylinder pressure is about less than the deflector cylinder pressure, the upper and lower filter belt tensioning device pressure is 0.15-0.25MPa.

The pressure of the filter belt deflecting device is controlled at 0.2-0.5Mpa).

3) Start the filter press machine, adjust the variable frequency governor switch, and slowly rotate the variable frequency speed regulating knob.

(The normal speed is 2.0-3.0m/min, indicating 400r/min.)

4) Then start the concentrator transmission motor, start the clean water pump, open the water valve of the cleaning filter belt, and let the filter belt run idle for several weeks.

5) At the same time, the pharmaceutical mixer shall be used to evenly stir the pharmaceutical liquid according to a certain proportion and store it in the pharmaceutical tank.

6) Start the flocculant dosing pump and adjust the concentration and flow according to the process regulations. When the flocculant reaches the mixer, start the sludge pump and adjust the sludge flow rate, conveyor speed and cylinder working pressure until the mud cake is produced (generally 0.5cm thick).

Make the handling capacity and dehydration rate to achieve better.
