After the plate and frame filter press is compressed, the feeding operation can be carried out: turn on the feeding pump, and slowly open the feeding valve, and the feeding pressure will gradually rise to normal pressure. If the filter cake needs to be washed or air-dried, it can be carried out later. If the cake is not washed or air-dried, the cake can be unloaded.

　　2. After the filter cake of the plate and frame filter press is full, shut down the feed pump and the feed valve. Turn on the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or air inlet valve to wash or air-dry the filter cake. After the operation is completed, close the lotion pump or air compressor and its valve, and then the cake unloading operation can be carried out.

　　3, cake unloading operation. The specific method is: first close the feeding pump and the feeding valve, the washing liquid or the air inlet device and the valve, and then press the “release” button on the operation panel, the piston rod drives the pressure plate to retreat and retreat to a suitable position Then, release the “release” button held down, manually pull the filter plate piece by piece to remove the filter cake, and at the same time clean up the filter residue sticking to the sealing surface to prevent the filter residue from being caught on the sealing surface, affecting the sealing performance and causing leakage. At this point, an operation cycle is completed.

　　 The whole machine should be checked before operation of the 4-frame filter press: whether the filter cloth is folded or overlapped, and whether the power supply is connected properly. After the inspection is qualified, the pressing industry can be carried out.
