Automatic cleaning device. It is a device for cleaning the filter cloth installed under the filter plate of the automatic filter press. The device is composed of a movable cleaning rack, a swinging cleaning rod and a high-pressure cleaning pump. The cleaning of the filter cloth is performed after the discharge is completed. , Or clean once after several working cycles, and clean by jetting high pressure water through the cleaning nozzle. Main hydraulic station
The components include oil cylinders, one-way valves, reversing valves, overflow valves, etc., which make the entire hydraulic system safer and more reliable and ensure the smooth completion of the user’s entire filtering process.
Cylinder compression and release is composed of three parts: power system, control system, and actuator. The control system consists of electric contact pressure, high pressure relief valve, one-way electromagnetic reversing valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, low pressure relief valve meter, Pressure gauge and other components. The compression pressure of the oil cylinder is adjusted by the high pressure relief valve, the tension plate pressure is adjusted by the low pressure relief valve, the pressure holding system is controlled by the one-way valve and the shut-off valve, and the two basic actions of cylinder compression and loosening are realized through the electromagnetic reversing valve. ; The electric contact pressure gauge realizes the automatic pressure compensation of the pressure in the back cavity (high pressure cavity) of the cylinder, so that the pressure is stabilized within a range, and the filtering process is completed smoothly.
Electronic control system. Using PLC programming design, they have the characteristics of reliable performance, safety and stability. PLC program control uses man-machine interface control, simple operation, easy to understand. PLC has strong functions, fast speed, high reliability, and due to greater flexibility and scalability, the control program can be changed with the process, easy to computer interface, and remote control can be realized.
Filter cloth varicose rapping mechanism. The herringbone linkage mechanism is installed on the upper middle part of both sides of the filter plate. The filter cloth is connected with the herringbone linkage mechanism through connecting rods, springs, hooks, etc., and the spring is stretched. The plate is pulled apart, causing the filter cloth to vibrate in the herringbone mechanism, which helps the mud cake to peel off the filter plate. The whole process does not require external force and manual on-site operation. Due to the small solid particle size and high viscosity in the iron and steel fume wastewater, the mud cake is not easy to peel off, this varicose mechanism is fully suitable for the filtration of iron and steel fume wastewater.


Automatic flap system. It is a liquid collecting device installed under the filter plate. When the equipment is feeding, part of the liquid leaks under the filter plate. After flowing into the flap, it flows downstream to the two sides of the filter equipment, and flows into the concentrated pool through the wave collecting groove. The advantage is that the liquid cannot flow into the filtered solid material. For the filtration of salt water, the salt water is saved, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved. It is more conducive to washing the filter cloth, the lotion can be concentrated out, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and better protecting the operating environment. Automatic control principle: It is driven by a low-speed motor of 4.8r/min through a coupling, and the flap is automatically opened and closed by some electrical appliances and induction switches.
Pull plate and take plate hydraulic system: It is composed of three parts: power system, control system and actuator. The control system is composed of low pressure relief valve and electromagnetic reversing valve. The plate-drawing pressure is set by the overflow valve; the speed of the plate-drawing is kept within a proper range, and the two basic actions of the plate-drawing and plate-taking are realized through the electromagnetic reversing valve.
